2.4 Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online transfers.

Payments must be completed by the specified due date to confirm your spot. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of any deposit paid.

2.5 Cancellations and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. That’s why we’ve designed a fair and transparent refund policy.

• Full Refund: You can cancel and receive a 100% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before your flight or tour departure date.
• Partial Refund: If you cancel within 6 days of departure, you may be eligible for a 50% refund, depending on supplier agreements.
• No Refund: Cancellations within 48 hours of departure or no-shows are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after approval.
Please note: transaction or processing fees may be deducted where applicable.

In cases where LaDayïva cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety concerns), clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

2.6 Changes and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, hotels, or transportation arrangements if necessary for safety, logistics, or unforeseen reasons.

If a change significantly alters your travel experience, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and provide comparable alternatives.

2.7 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and personal liability.

LaDayïva Travel and Tours is not responsible for costs incurred due to uninsured events.

2.8 Health, Safety, and Conduct

Travelers are expected to maintain respectful and responsible behavior throughout the journey.

• Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical issues, allergies, or disabilities that could affect participation in the trip.
• Fitness Requirements: Some tours may require a moderate level of physical activity. Ensure you’re fit for your chosen itinerary.
• Disruptive Behavior: We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the group or endangers others.

We are also not responsible for expenses or losses arising from acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, flight delays, or government actions.

2.10 Travel Documentation

It’s your responsibility to ensure all required travel documents are accurate and up to date.

This includes passports, visas, vaccinations, and any entry requirements of your destination. LaDayïva Travel and Tours is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

2.11  Special Requests

We do our best to accommodate dietary preferences, room arrangements, or special needs. However, we cannot guarantee all requests, especially those dependent on external providers.

We recommend submitting special requests at least 14 days before departure.

2.12  Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including images, text, logos, and videos—is owned by LaDayïva Travel and Tours.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
